      - great co-workers - fully remote - flexibility around time off and working hours - lots of clarity from management about how the business is doing - decent benefits - good pay

      - poor technical decisions in the past continue to haunt the current and future - questionable management decisions - engineering is constantly scrambling to get things done - benefits could be better but not bad

      Pros

      Leadership has a clear vision and communicates it well. The team culture is strong. People are smart, collaborative, and genuinely care about both the work and each other. There’s space for humor, creativity, not just heads-down execution. Career growth is real here. I’ve been able to expand my skills in ways I wouldn’t have at other companies.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, priorities can shift quickly. You have to be adaptable and comfortable with change.
