3yWe are delighted to see our long term employees continuing to resonate with the company culture, values and goals - as well as hear that the team is feeling well supported by their leaders! Our global team has been killing it this year as demand for travel escalates and we are so grateful for everyones individual and team contributions!
Across the globe we strive to compensate our employees fairly and competitively, utilizing a total rewards style compensation structure. In this model, compensation is based upon multiple facets; including health and wellness benefits, paid time off, travel benefits, as well as paid learning and development opportunities - combined to form Total Rewards. In conjunction with industry standards analysis, we complete 1:1 compensation reviews with each team member on an annual basis - this provides employees the opportunity to assess their own performance, as well as hear meaningful feedback from their leader - which is all taken into consideration when determining an individuals compensation structure.
