Pros
Being a flex let's me work many different sites and keeps it interesting. Plenty of overtime usually available. Management will work with you if you have a personal emergency but it's a two way street. Recent change to flex pay is not a site rate but a fixed rate currently 16 starting. Management is a solid crew and know their stuff.
Cons
Favoritism....a few officers who should of been fired numerous times for the client saying there not welcome back on almost every contract. But they never say no to a call in so they stay. Very strict regulations for armed officers. Just because someone is a vet with deployments doesn't mean they should be trusted to be armed.
