Pay is low and cut back hours if you are working a shift you could be sent home early with only the hours you have worked when you are expected to turn up at least 30 mins to 1hr for the shift which is unpaid as well. Upper management will not have any contact with you and some of lower management are nice but they cant help you with being on the wrong pay code or pay for travelling. especially at short notice.
