      Pros

      They don't mind giving you a lot of hours. You can actually make money with them. They also pay decent money. Most security companies just pay you barely minimum-wage they don't.

      Bad decisions in promotions. They seem to promote inexperienced workers before they are ready. They need to listen more to the regional managers. When it comes to promotion.
