Pros

I'm afraid I have no pros

Cons

The hiring process was pretty straightforward. But the training? It was two weeks of mostly talking and very little hands-on practice, which isn’t great for a job like this where there’s so much to remember. The team leader who trained us wasn’t very helpful afterward—basically expected us to know everything right away, which was super frustrating. Also, the whole setup felt like being back in school. If you miss a day in the office, you have to make it up, and they want an explanation for everything like you’re a teenager. Oh, and if you’re late three times, even by a single minute, they start threatening to fire you. It’s ridiculous. The rules feel super one-sided. They’re always on their personal phones but expect you not to touch yours. And if you’re working from home and don’t log in right, even though they can see your work through emails, they won’t pay you for the time. Like, seriously?During training, they even told us they use their phones to talk about stuff or business so the company can’t track it. That’s the vibe there, just sneaky and unprofessional. They don’t care about new hires at all. You’d think they’d try to support you during your first few months, but nope, you’re on your own. Honestly, it was terrible from the start. I only stayed for couple of weeks because of the money, but I never felt like it was the right fit. If you want respect and a healthy work environment, skip this place. It’s not worth the headache.
