      Good opportunities for advancement if you wear GE on your sleeve. Its a great place to start a career in management.

      Cons

      Terrible vibe on the factory floor. Operations team is essentially whipping a dead horse. It seems like productivity is a constant struggle.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
