Pros

High salary compared to other companies and flexible time off policy.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance. They will work you to the bone. Many long hours are expected of you Highly stressful job. Severe lack of adequate training. Most training is on the job training or buried in outdated specs that are not always clear. Leadership needs a lot of improvement. Many terrible people to work with. Argumentative, pushy, vindictive, power hungry, hateful, stressful to deal with, have a lack of fundamental understanding of quality and its role, and are generally very unhelpful to go to with questions. Not everyone is this way, but there are definitely some that I wonder how on earth they got into the positions they are in. Yearly bonus structure is based on you if you meet or exceed expectations on yearly goals. Whether you meet or exceed those goals is highly subjective and dependent on your manager. Because of this, it is nearly impossible to get all exceeds expectation marks, which means you will almost never get your full potential bonus for the year. Company 9 times out of 10 will prioritize shipment goals over quality goals. If a quality problem comes up all management cares about is how quickly can the issue be resolved and shipments sent out.
