      Good company vision, opportunities for internal growth

      Cons

      A seriously old office, overly complex internal processes for which nobody really feels responsible. In this site there is a general feeling of being surrounded by people who have been here for their entire life and have no wish for changes

      Dysfunctional management, lack of concern for procedures, management is not communicative, feel like a number outside of the co workers
