      My direct supervisor cares about me and my career. He communicates with me often and has an open door policy. He wants to know my opinion on various subjects that effect the company

      I don't have any cons as the company is good to work for and i would recommend Gannett Fleming to all within the industry

      Great location downtown. Social events are numerous. Staff is friendly. T

      Cons

      Transition after recent merger has been bumpy. Work is inconsistent. There is a clear hierarchy between the production staff and the leadership. Not a lot of communication.
