      Pros

      People genuinely want to help each other when it counts, when the customer is asking for something. Not like a big AEC firm. Minimal BS.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to understand the org and who's in charge of what.

      In person days, were boring, lack of people interacting in office You are not allowed to work on much as an intern working in civil engineering
