- Very long working hours, Forced to spend a lot of time for nothing.
- No handover of data was available.
- No personal life.
- No mentor to give an advise.
- Medical insurance was not full insurance !
- Senior management experience is same like the seniors and engineers so no way to solve any problem via GS, you have to ask the subcontractor for anything whom is said to be monitored by you !!
