      Great people to work with, everyone is friendly. Can talk to the heads of company privately and anonymously and they welcome open discussion Asking for a raise isn't a big deal and even if denied they do not hold it against you and talk with you about why they cannot give it. Open to all lifestyles with no politics shoved down your throat

      Cons

      Leadership can be strange with its decisions Your direct boss may be incompetent or lazy Work/Life balance is off for some employees

      - GadellNet is the best IT MSP I've had the pleasure of working for in the midwest USA. - Very supportive & positive company culture (the executive team REALLY cares about their employess & their customers). - The company has been around for 20+ years & has very high customer satisfaction & respect in the St. Louis, Indianapolis & Denver MSP markets. - Great benefits, 401K, company holiday parties, etc. - GadellNet takes supports & takes great care (professionally & personally) of their employees - GadellNet is an American based MSP (HQ in St. Louis) - No foreign/overseas call-centers - All of technical & engineering support team members are proficient, high caliber and professional.
