Caring helpful employees who want to do a good job. Fair pay, Ability to work remotely Interesting clients. Some really good people.
Cons
No work life balance. On call 24/7. Need to work even if taking a vacation day. Evening and Weekend work a necessity and a full weekend off is s rarity. Overloaded with clients and no meaningful backend support to meet client demands. High stress levels among employees. Punitive environment leading to excess focus on CYA activities. Employees are not empowered to make decisions and own results Absolutely crummy expense reimbursement process. Either pay the Amex bill yourself or speed up the reimbursement process so your employees don't needy to underwrite your business expenses.
