Pros
Generous PTO on top of annual vacation (but then you come back and cannot deal with the huge workload). Depending on your boss, you can have a more-or-less flexible schedule and work remotely all the time.
Cons
- Unethical and discriminatory managers all over the place. - Too much politics and BS all around. They never practice what they preach. - Salaries are well below market and benefits are subpar. - No career opportunities or growth. - Unnecessarily complex processes. - Ridiculous IT rules. They track your online activity and report you to your manager if you check your personal email or browse social media. - The business has been declining for over a year. They recently laid off many people. - If you want to leave, you have to give a 4-week notice.
