Pros

Some very good and smart folks have worked for this company

Cons

Management and the board have destroyed what started out as a great idea with real potential. I spent nearly 5 years as part of the GRG team and was forced to deal with the miss-management scare away multiple potential clients, possible investment groups and high quality employees including multiple highly skilled executive level operations, finance and information technology resources. Until pushing the rock up the hill just became too much. This company is not worth your time; they are less than 1/2 of their size and revenue from where they used to operate and have wasted millions in lost projects. I suspect they are on the verge of going bankrupt as they re-organize yet again, cut jobs and probably cannot clear their external financial audit this year.

Great co-workers, management is more and more engaged with common folk. Fast paced.

A little chaotic at times, certain roles are very under paid.

Pros

Good place to work if you are between REAL jobs! - Dress Code: wear jeans everyday (and other attire not appropriate for the workplace) - Paycheck: received a paycheck for my work - Co-Workers: great co-workers (don't mistake, Senior Management is not included in this) - Location - I didn't mind the location. It's off the beaten path - close to the owners mansion (let's not inconvenience him although he rarely comes to the office) - Job Security - there is a guy who was out over 60 days last year (no FMLA or disability) and he is still employed.

Cons

- Happy Hour: I'm all for a good Happy Hour, but beer in the office is not appropriate. This is not a frat house..... - Dress Code: people wear leggings to work who should not be wearing leggings - Good Ol' Boys Club: yes, you must be in the 'club' to be promoted. And, it helps if you are a friend, college roommate, Church buddy, or relative. - Management Oversight: the fox is watching the hen house. There are a few who do not log their vacation, sick time, or general time away from work and NO ONE does anything about it. - Technology: The '90's called, they want their excel sheets back. They throw good money after bad and still the technology stinks.
