Pros

Good app with average technology to find cheap gas.

Cons

The worst leadership and culture I have worked for. I was berated several times in front of my peers. Management would lose their tempers and yell at the reps on conference calls. They discriminate! It's a boiler room type culture.

Pros

As a newer employee, I was happy to find that my coworkers were welcoming, and were eager to help me get acclimated here. The HR team was able to help with all my on-boarding questions, and my team stepped up to support me with the learning curve that comes with any new job. The office itself provides a healthy, positive space to work in. There's a good amount of natural light, and all kinds of (healthy) snacks. The work/life balance has been great as well. There's a good level of flexibility around life events and appointments that might happen during the day. As with any job, there are times you need to work extra, but it is not the norm.

Cons

401k program could be improved.

Pros

Decent brand awareness as a public facing product. Relevance increases when gas prices fluctuate. Ambitious SaaS solutions. Lots of potential

Cons

Strategies need modernize, lack of established brand integrity. Very shaky sales team and marketing lacks innovative leadership. Missed opportunities to improve products, where strong ideas from staff and customers fall to short-term goals. Repurposing industry data (and content) repeatedly attempting to find additional value
