Pros
Lots of opportunities to contribute to the company and to gain a great understanding of the complexity of the airline catering industry. Employees are, for the most part, a good group of people. If you are willing to work and want to learn, there are opportunities, but, advancement is limited.
Cons
Very difficult industry with tough profit margins, This is reflected in the salaries. The environment is one of pointing fingers rather than true collaboration and working through issues (though it appears they want to change) . Lots of moving parts and sometimes very hard to see the big picture as it seems to shift.
