Doesn't take a whole lot of effort or knowledge to get or sustain employment at this company. If upper management likes you, you can go anywhere.
Cons
Be careful. Self centered and almost clueless people run the company. If you look too good, you are a threat to them. Amazed at how people with no ambition, limited knowledge or professionalism go far in this company. Terrible focus on sustainable growth. Company may go bankrupt or be sold off in pieces. Job security is more reserved for union employees as they get increases, nobody else does. Stay away.
