      -Management is always lying to cover themselves, -lay off workers but open new showrooms -lie to customers about commission percentage rates -Will never accept the reserve price like they try and tell the customer -Don't pay any attention Automotive market trends -Zero employer to employee loyalty -Unstable Income -Unrealistic goals that you get written up for not meeting

      Coworkers are easy to get along with and always willing to help. Easy to balance personal and work life. Always selling and consigning vehicles so it is easy to keep you busy. Growing business so there is an opportunity to be able to expand your knowledge and insight on the job.
