Pros
- Good opportunity for Juniors. - Raz, the boss, is friendly 90% of the times. - You learn a lot. - Decent salary at the beginning.
Cons
- Exhausting and massive crunch sometimes. - They need tasks finished like junk food as fast as possible (ignore quality and love for your job) Quantity/time more than Quality. - One of the Lead 3D Artist is extremely rude making you feel empty and sad everyday. - Extra hours are not paid. In theory, you have to work 8 hours, but with their deadlines, you will work arround 11-13+ hours everyday.
