Your job is to deal with people with negative IQ and fixing their computers, phones, baby monitor and what not.... whatever best buy sells over phone and chat They will go out of their way to ensure your life is ruined. Specially the manager and 2 of the leads. Also you will be asked to multitask as if you are an octopus and have 8 hands

      Pros

      Perfect entry position for basic IT skills and experience. Learned a lot. Good coworkers and direct manager. Provided skills needed to move on to a better position elsewhere.

      Cons

      High expectations paired with low wages. No room for growth unless you’re aiming for management. More retail, sales, insurance, and customer service than actual IT.
