      Pros

      Flexible hours if you are a current student, or looking to go back to school.

      Cons

      You will work every weekend, and every major holiday without exception. Management assumes you are incapable of completing any task or finding any other job, and so they treat you as such.

      Pros

      Great people, amazing boss, flexible hours. Learned a lot about hardware and software troubleshooting and am always entertained repairing iPhone hardware.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment that may overwhelm new hires. In this role you are an anchor for the Consultation Agents so dealing with their problems on top of your own repairs can get a bit troublesome at times.
