Funding by Mahindra Tractor means that you know that you will get paid. There are a handful of very nice people in the trenches trying to be friendly and do their jobs.

The source of all the corporate dysfunction is the leadership team itself. Executives (I'm not allowed to identify individuals according to the community guidelines) have allowed the following things to happen: * A senior representative to make misogynistic comments to a female executive at one of their largest corporate accounts. No action was taken. * A senior representative screamed profanities at a subordinate in the presence of senior leadership. No action was taken. * A junior team member reported a different set of threatening behavior by a senior team member to the leadership and HR. The junior member was reassigned to a role with less responsibility. I could go on, but this review would become a novelette of poor corporate behavior, and you would likely tire of the countless examples. At the core, the leadership is disrespectful of subordinates, and that poor attitude is gradually adopted all around them. Toxic workplace - stay away.
