The salary, bonus, stock, and 401k matching are good for a pharma/biotech company, but nothing compared to the "big tech" companies.
Cons
Cost of living raises in March 2026 were capped at 1.25% for all employees, which doesn't keep up with inflation in any way. Endless re-orgs year-over-year in the informatics and software departments with no clear goals or purpose from the management that is ordering the re-orgs, other than firing a bunch of people and then re-hiring the same number of people they laid off.
