Pros
Very balanced and welcoming culture for different voices regardless of level. Very science-driven and teams are in general willing to embrace new technology. Many learning and personal development opportunities and managers are in general supportive.
Cons
Job titles along the management chain is a little crowded (as in many big pharmas) that could limit the scope of work. Scientists are very much focused on a specific area/technology (not necessariliy a cons but do feel a little limited for those who wants to expand their knowledge and skillset through their work).
