Pros
Gdit was a family where we all cared about each other. Management and coworkers were the best.
Cons
Since gdit hired the new president Kristie the company has gone down hill. Gdit is now a corporation. I got axed and they told me my position wasn't needed anymore yet 1 month later she brought someone from her former company to replace me. Basically she is getting rid of the real gdit employees who have been there for 15+ years and replacing them with her former company employees CSRA. From what I have been being told for the last 4 years csra employees don't do the REAL support to it's customers as gdit employees did.
