Great place to start career; rotations to get breadth of experience and exposure; value of culture / teams as well as process. Potential great place after the dust settles.
Cons
Lots of turnover / layoffs happening. Intensity and cliche grew; diversity diminished. Became very difficult to recruit new talent while losing existing talent.
