      Industry stability and recession resistant industry makes a career wtih General Mills appealing. The company offers many ways to get involved and they people are very fun to work with

      Many of the office locations are not in the best geographic locations.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
