      Pros

      The people leadership that you learn is great. I learned from a lot of great people.

      Cons

      They pride results more than people. Had an ops manager who cared very little for his people and were just there to get things done. Not the norm but they were not dealing with him. Kiss up and Kick down.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
