Amazing co-workers, wonderful team leader, great overall teamwork for most of my years there. I learned so much, and there was never a boring moment. Being bust constantly makes time fly! Positive reinforcement from Manager and Director, which goes a very long way as far as the effect on employee moral. They always did something really thoughtful for appreciation week, etc. They treated their staff with respect and understanding, which of course in turn fosters loyalty from staff. Many wonderful people throughout the company.
Cons
Benefits not affordable and almost seemed pointless, no 401(k) match. Poor overall communication throughout company as the company grew very quickly. Micromanagement in several departments, but not overall, which you're going to find at any company this large. Many employees were offended by the raises,when they were actually given. No fair system in place for raises either, so some employees take advantage by doing just the bare minimum amount of work, while others are forced to pick up that slack. No penalty for the slackers, no reward for the ones carrying more weight.
