The job description was misleading. I was hired as a Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN stack), but soon after joining, I was assigned Web3 and Blockchain tasks — technologies that were never mentioned during the hiring process. No onboarding or technical guidance was provided. I was pressured to learn an entirely new technology in just a few days, which is unrealistic and unprofessional. The company does not have proper performance tracking or task management tools, yet still issues performance warnings without clear, measurable standards. I was provided with a damaged laptop that severely affected my productivity. Despite multiple requests, the issue was never resolved. The overall work culture is toxic. The CEO often makes inappropriate jokes about employees during meetings, including personal matters such as family or pregnancy, which creates an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. Such comments have no place in a professional setting. Leadership fails to take accountability for poor planning and instead blames employees for issues stemming from mismanagement.

Good salary, chance to work on latest technologies but no time to learn best practices or PROs and CONs because of high burden.

1. Unrelatistic deadlines and decisions are made through Chatgpt. 2. Late sittings are a norm, the office timing is 9am to 6pm but employees sit till 9pm on daily basis and every other day employees leave like 3 or 4 am in the morning and then joining back at 9am. 3. Layoffs are very common, if you are hired for a client and management fail to secure the project then they will lay you off without any advance notice. 4. The office environment is extremely dull and boring which highly demotivates (personal opinion). 5. No company culture or work ethics. 6. Most of the employees are their own family members or relatives resulting in gossips and office politics.
