      Great colleagues and co-workers, most are professional in what they do, and they know their stuff

      Cons

      The management, particularly the CEO, fired anyone who don't agree with him. People gets tense and worried if they will be the next one whenever he comes to visit the office. Grossly mismanaged this company which could otherwise made a healthy revenue to sustain the business

      Really nice people who work very hard

      Cons

      Leadership is unable to communicate a clear vision by which all employees can chart their paths. Leadership seems disinclined to value you employees as contributors-they view employees as a drain on the P&L. No one is empowered to make real decisions and and the only thing anyone is allowed to own is blame.
