Wish to speak of the health insurance benefit given to all employees. Today, health is a matter of concern, and covid has made us realize it to a much broader extent. Company has tie up with some best insurance companies where they evaluate these firms every year for the employees and their dependents well-being’s. I am happy to say that company is offering their every employee with an effective group Medi-claim coverage policy and other health insurance facilities. Because of it, just like me, many others working here, feel safe and secured and even less concerned over managing their medical expenses during any uncertain medical emergencies. The other best part is that we are also given health cards and offered cashless facilities. What more one needs more than this…?
Cons
Company is no short in offering essential facilities, but the other side is there is no excuse given in work performance. One must perform at its best to stay in place. If you fail, seniors will help you with it to cover up the gap, but it should be your sole learning initiative as well.
