      Pros

      I really value the work life balance culture that I’ve experienced on my team and what I’ve observed on teams I work with.

      Cons

      Lots of people turnover and leadership changes/re-orgs and rebranding of team names. Sometimes people are promoted to manager when they shouldn’t be.

      Remote work with some really great team mates

      Cons

      Currently GitHub seems to be all over the place and with some key Leadership moving on, the replacements seem to be mainly coming from MSFT.
