Complete dissapointment! Please do not go there - Road Transportation Coordinator Givaudan Employee Review

I had the chance to breafly work together with some “so-called” experienced Givaudan professionals and some other external consultants in the last couple of weeks. The situation I had to face is absolutely dissapointing: the project guidance had been completely given to external consultants without any real life operational experience or seasoned Givaudan veterans from other continents with no clue what is happening in Europe .... and the most frightening fact is politics ... all the higher ranked managers are protecting their own proteges, internal friends or the status quo... When I had joined the company there was great emphasis on the values like courage, pioneer menthality, willingness to challenge ourselves and other’s decisions....but the things I had experienced are absolutely the oposite : the stream I had worked for is deeply infected with politics and corruption...the corrupt senior leaders immediately wipe out everyone who has a strong menthality in purpose of protecting their position... This place is a good lession for everyone who has any intention of learning how a corrupt and unprofessional stream works in a company with high external profile.
