Procedures are consistantely changing, baring in mind this is the education sector and criterias should not be changing every day/week, there should be strict guidelines. Communication breakdowns are a regular occurance, leading to a failed service provision, which is rather stressfull. A blame culture is evident, where leadership is required management tend to shy away. Nepotism, senior roles are shared amongst friends/relatives, hence incompetence amongst the visionaries. Staff retention is an absolute shock, on a regular basis employees resign or are asked to leave at the end of their contract. In addition, the facility from office spcae, computer (hardware & Software) are all out of date.
