      -After one year any professional development training can be requested and company pays! -No nonsense management team, open for suggestions -travel opps anywhere in the world you find business

      Cons

      -Lazy coworkers can hide in virtual environment -Management slow to fire people - too many chances given -Promote from within, have hired supposed VP level sales people who were worthless
