Pros
There is a huge advantage in working for Globant, but physically at a client's office. In contrast to working for a large firm like HP or Qualcomm, where you can do career for life, Globant provides a very dynamic environment for those who have the opportunity of working onsite. We get to change customer's every 1, 2 or 3 years, which allows us to be exposed to new process', work environments & ethics, culture's, ideas, ways of thinking, leaders and many many more. We get to do this within large clients (i.e. EA, Disney, Sony, etc.). In an industry lead by folks under 40 years of age, what is more important for you? Build your career at a large firm and stay put? Or building your skills by getting the feel of how other firms work?
Cons
The only con for me, is the fact that you are never able to tell exactly when you will be moving from one city to another. So your leases, cable contracts, etc., are always a hassle.
