Pros
I loved my manager and coworkers. For the most part, everybody really cared about each other. The product itself, at least at the time, was great and being fed lunch for free every day as a service worker is a big plus. However, I think they did away with that perk toward the end of my tenture.
Cons
Upper level management is a nightmare. Constantly changing procedures in a nonsensical way and enforcing service standards that put undue pressure on staff without any real benefit for guests. It seems that upper management is bored and needs to spin wheels to prove to the big boss that they are worth their salaries. Few of them have worked floor shifts in years, so don't really know what that experience is like or how to positively impact workflow.
