Amazing internally as well with a lot of space and free unlimited coffee and Espresso. 2) Intellectually stimulating work that is always changing and requires ample human interaction with intelligent team members, clients and industry professionals. 3) Entrepreneurial culture which allows you to take on more responsibility once you are ready. None really for me personally. I enjoy the work and see myself making a career out of it long-term. I feel the role isn't for people who enjoy playing in an excel spreadsheet all day so to speak and you have to be someone who enjoys interpersonal interactions.
