      Exciting entrepreneurial environment, with a great team dynamic and culture. Lots of collaboration with other employees and exposure to a growing business. All ideas are welcomed and encouraged. Lots of potential for career growth.

      Pros

      New management; really awesome people. Everyone works extremely hard; absence of complacent tendencies in workforce. Tons of new clients and massive influx in platform registrations. Paid vacation trips with team; super fun culture. Remote currently but transitioning to in-person Q1/Q2 2023.

      We recently got new management and things have been great! I am really excited about the direction the team is going from here on out. The firm's strategy and ideas have always had tons of potential and I can see that we are finally on the path to utilizing and expanding it. New management is experienced, super understanding, motivational, and enthusiastic. Super involved and looking to make the work place a comfortable and enjoyable place. Some other pros: work from home, flexibility, small close knit team so your contributions make an impact, sense of team work

      Cons

      Definitely a smaller team right now, but we are planning to grow over the next few months!
