New management; really awesome people. Everyone works extremely hard; absence of complacent tendencies in workforce. Tons of new clients and massive influx in platform registrations. Paid vacation trips with team; super fun culture. Remote currently but transitioning to in-person Q1/Q2 2023.

Long Hours; Taxing Work / Developing Brand is very tough

Will keep it simple and would encourage any potential applicants to meet our team to learn more: 1) Great office location in the heart of Plaza District (block away from Rockefeller Center). Amazing internally as well with a lot of space and free unlimited coffee and Espresso. 2) Intellectually stimulating work that is always changing and requires ample human interaction with intelligent team members, clients and industry professionals. 3) Entrepreneurial culture which allows you to take on more responsibility once you are ready. No bureaucracy or arbitrary requirements holding you back once you prove your capabilities. 4) Potential exists to build an invaluable personal network in a short amount of time in the financial services industry. This occurs without much effort and through the normal course of your day to day workflow.

None really for me personally. I enjoy the work and see myself making a career out of it long-term. I feel the role isn't for people who enjoy playing in an excel spreadsheet all day so to speak and you have to be someone who enjoys interpersonal interactions.
