Pros
Gogo has competitive salaries, it's close to public trans, has good health benefits, 401k matching, and generous time off (depending if there are no conflicts with your manager). Gogo has a lot of coffee options, but its too bad I don't like coffee. It's relatively challenging, but work life balance is very good. The industry can be fun yet challenging.
Cons
There's always some uncertainty when a company goes through financial troubles. Gogo is addressing many issues but speed in which they get resolved could be a little faster.
