Extremely incompetent senior management who have no idea what their staff do on a day today and refuse to listen to them, instead choosing to blindly make poor decisions. Countless experiences of racism mysogyny and ageism during my time here. They push out any decent staff they do have and wouldn’t be surprised if they go under soon.

Had a great time working here - high tempo and demanding output, but fantastic colleagues to spur you along. Producing the conferences was very rewarding in the sense that it was a boon to your professional network, and the research-intense nature of the conference production resulted in one learning a great deal about a wide variety of issues in society. You also often saw the tangible benefit of attendees networking and sharing ideas, and you were often thanked for your work in arranging the events.

Could be stressful at times with the high workload.
