      Pros

      - Fellow browbeaten colleagues do their best to overcome the toxic management culture.

      Cons

      - Morally corrupt , machoistic and incompetent senior management - Deference to old straight white men, the least inclusive place I have ever worked - Colleagues are lied to and gaslight by manipulative management and HR mouthpiece - Nobody is valued or compensated adequately - Questionable business practice reigns supreme - Junior staff are treated as disposable with appalling pay - Pragmatism is discouraged, delusion is encouraged - Staff turnover and mismanagement creates perpetual crisis

      Pros

      Demonstrated to me that you can't put a price on integrity and self-respect.

      Cons

      Poor work culture: Staff required to work most weekends to meet tight deadlines. Poor office culture: Staff sit in silence for the whole work day. Some staff use pseudonyms. Poor communication and lack of leadership. Management intentionally intimidates staff.

      Hi - thank you very much for your feedback. We take the welfare of our staff very seriously and our staff do not work weekends. Our offices open at 8.30am on Monday and close at 5.30pm on Friday. All our staff are enrolled into our staff rewards programme offering leading benefits to all of our employees.       Great people, poor management

      A couple of amazing people kept the place running, amidst chaos and poor leadership.

      Cons

      Poor pay. No project management/deadlines that were stuck to. Internal talent ignored in place of incompetent consultants.
