      This is an organization focused on rapid growth where you sometimes have to wear multiple hats. There are times where you have to figure things out as you go.

      Pros

      Decent salary/benefits Great atmosphere Friendly, approachable, and talented staff Interesting product/market space Your opinions are (generally) heard Room to grow and learn

      Cons

      Could be more excited about being a tech company instead of treating tech as just a means to an end. Tight knit community feeling doesn't totally extend between offices, but it isn't completely lacking either. Occasionally tough to focus, as you will be wearing multiple hats periodically.
