      Pros

      Initial Pay..Other employees are great. Centrally located and easy to get to.

      Cons

      Management doesn't have a clue about how to treat employees. Talk a big game but really a small company with similar mentality Expected to be there at 6:30 and stay till 6:00 pm. No real breaks and overly micro managed. Just to much of the "good old boys" club

      1. Pay and benefits 2. Great people to work with 3. Great product in a rapidly growing market 4. Opportunity for advancement & personal growth 5. Ice cream and pizza Fridays

      Cons

      This is an organization focused on rapid growth where you sometimes have to wear multiple hats. There are times where you have to figure things out as you go.
