      Guaranteed Hourly rate. Flexible schedules Training Individually owned and operated Concept of good work ethic Tip money at end of every day

      Cons

      No room for advancement Work your butt off for minimum wage Do not offer a variety of services, only haircutting and possibly perming which is optional.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
