Pros
The culture was very positive and upbeat. I was still working with customers while overseeing the management of 3 locations. It was busy but fun!
Cons
The hours of operation are long, therefore getting calls on evenings and weekends was a regular occurrence. Other than that, just staffing was an issue, never enough good stylists.

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.
Cons
Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)
Cons
Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place
Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
